負評網友:吃那麼多餐廳,不管好吃或不好吃可以說幾乎沒給過任何餐廳任何評價&評語,但當下實在對於這家店所端出的東西及最後老闆所給的回答實在完全不可領教,真的讓我不得不給一顆星,表達對這家店的不滿。我本來也不想回覆任何原因及理由,第一都懶得再花時間寫,二來就告訴自己以後別再光顧。結果稍後回家,從信箱看到居然店家回我一句“奧客”,不得不花上我一些時間說明原有。
鱈魚便當所端出來是溫溫的,旁邊周圍配菜溫溫不熱,這就算了,因為知道有些店家就是會先把這先做起來,但那片鱈魚吃起來就是也是煮一陣子,也感覺沒那麼新鮮,這些就別說..點了兩道小菜雪菜百頁及什錦烤麩,吃了這麼多各式各樣大小家的上海餐廳,有的端出來是熱的,有的就做前菜雖不熱也是常溫,但那道烤麩吃起來冷的勉強可接受(ㄧ吃起來的溫度會讓你想停頓一下),而讓我全然不可恭維是你的雪菜百頁不只是冷的我可以用“冰的”來形容,本想最後吃完跟他們提醒,沒想到吃一口是冰的,再次一口更冰,看到眼前這樣提供餐點給客人,除了蔥油肉絲麵條算起來是當場做,其他都早以做好.問題小菜提早做好可理解,但你這完全冷吱吱的東西,消費者觀感非常不佳,跟您老闆說這已經不是冷不冷問題,他是冰的,你一副倚老賣老德行說這外面有做熱的也有做冷的,已經告訴你它是冰的…居然還理直氣壯說我是上海人…講得一副好像你最懂什麼叫上海料理,如此傲慢自大,最後直接說把這一道小菜錢就退給我,退了那道錢後,隨即廚房的小弟把我們吃了幾口的雪菜百頁收進去廚房。
我今天會給你一顆星,完全是無法接受你店家所端出這樣的菜色及最後對待客人的態度,其他我們所吃的都已經付了錢,本想給予一顆星去表達我對這家餐廳的失望,竟沒想到你老闆沒自我反省你還居然寫下“奧客”兩字,真讓我不得不把實情說出來。
For English-speakers out there, this restaurant is not recommended.
The fish filet set I had today was lukewarm, and definitely had been out for a while, so it’s not freshly cooked to order (or even heated-to-order). I also ordered two sides (雪菜百頁 & 什錦烤麩), which were supposed to serve chilled, but the temperature of those were beyond chilled, to the point of almost icy cold. The only decent dish was the fried noodles, which does seem to be cooked to order. So after telling the owner that the chilled sides were too cold, they explained that it was supposed to be cold, because that’s Shanghai style and he’s from Shanghai, but some other places might serve the same dish hot. They didn’t even bother trying to understand or look into why the feedback was given. Instead, they just straight up offered a refund for one of the side dish (雪菜百頁). We only had a few bites of that side dish, and after the refund, they took the rest of the side dish away into the kitchen.
This 1-star review is based on the quality of the dishes served and the owner’s attitude toward handling customer feedback. It’s not like we got a free meal either, we paid for the food (it’s pay-upon-order for dine-in), even before they offered the refund for just the side dish. The “奧客” reply from the owner is simply unjustified, which led to this updated text of the 1-star review.
