負評網友:有夠難吃,老闆是義大利人沒錯,但他只是一個義大利人,完全不是廚師,標榜的【真正carbonara】,不是用鹽漬豬頰肉、也不是厚培根,而是一般市售普通培根,完全吃不出卡蹦應該要有的香味;蛋液的熟度也不對,+120元的手工麵更是災難,一整盤毫無香氣真的很難吃,莫名其妙味道的醬更多了種噁心感,只有滿頭問號,台中競爭少,生意有這麼好做?
酒是很便宜,單杯不過200內,但是溫度完全不對,居然提供室溫葡萄酒,整餐吃下來,看似單價都不貴,義大利麵3~500元內,加上手工麵500左右,但用的食材品質跟味道,完全不及格。
the worst cabornara ever, it should’ve served with lard or guanciale, however it was just the normal bacon, the taste was nothing close to cobornara, no flavor at all, the taste is disgusting, and the handmade pasta was also terrible, the owner is Italian, but definitely not a chef.
wine is quite cheap, but serving with room temperature is also not suitable as a restaurant, even thought the price seems fine, but when you know about ingredients cost and food quality, you’ll know the price is way too high.
