負評網友:我們一行人到銘邦港園時剛過下午一點。當時沒有四個人的桌子,但有兩個鄰近的雙人桌,店員卻不願意讓我們把它們併起來。理由雖然難令我們理解,我們還是耐心地邊分開坐邊等。過了二十幾分鐘,我看到一個客人剛到,坐在一個四人桌旁,於是趨前好聲問他是否介意跟我們換桌。不及那個客人會過意來,一個戴著口罩的店員立刻嚴詞告誡我不要打擾客人。
我們光等一張桌子就等了四、五十分鐘,從頭到尾沒有一個店員有任何表示。我們並不是沒有等過桌子,也不是對台灣餐飲業服務態度有不切實際的期待。我走過幾十個國家,歐美和東北亞東南亞都有,2017年11月26日下午一點出頭到兩點在樓上“服務”的那幾個店員,尤其是戴口罩那位的態度我還是第一次碰到。等待過程中親眼目睹他們的送餐速度,實在難以理解以他們的所賣品項為什麼會慢成這樣。總之,一個對顧客有基本服務概念的店不是這樣的。
We had a terrible experience there. If you care about how you’re treated as a customer, avoid this place. The employees upstairs in the afternoon around 1:30pm, Nov. 26 were the rudest I had ever seen.
The four of us arrived shortly after 1:00pm, but there was not a table big enough for us. There were, though, two tables that could have been moved together. However, the waiters refused to let us move them. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I saw a guy who had just arrived and sat by himself by a table for four. The waiter cleaning up that table after the previous customers left could have directed this guy to a smaller table. Obviously, the 3 or 4 employees there at the time couldn’t care less how we felt. I politely asked the customer if he’d mind swapping with us. Before I could finish my sentence and before the customer had any response, one of the waiters told me not to bother their customer.
After waiting for about 45 minutes, there was still no sign of our food coming. We had to leave. From the beginning to the end, no one at this restaurant expressed anything for the long wait for just a table. In fact, it felt like they tried their best to be as rude as possible.
There are plenty of great beef noodle places in Kaohsiung (a couple of them under 5 minutes by foot from this place) and the rest of Taiwan. Even if the dishes in this place were relatively good, it would still be not worth it dining there.
