屬於台日混合稍微精緻的料理,主食牛排很嫩醬也偏牛排醬的口味,但量不多所以蛋白質攝取會有一點不夠,搭配生菜沙拉醬🥗,溏心蛋🥚與烤杏鮑菇符合水準,小菜是醃製過的青菜,清爽夠味的不會太油膩,枸杞海帶芽湯味道簡單鮮美,店內環境比較壅擠一點,有附喝起來淡淡的冬瓜茶。
照燒牛肉蓋飯 NT$95
牛肉跟蛋🍳煮的熟度很剛好,配菜是海帶芽與泡菜,雖然好吃但醃製物吃多會不健康。
炸鯛魚定食 NT$105
炸得很酥,不過沒甚麼肉汁。

The main dish, the beef cutlet, is tender with a sauce that leans towards the taste of steak sauce, but the portion is not very large so protein intake may be a bit insufficient. It comes with a side of lettuce salad dressing🥗, a soft-boiled egg🥚, and grilled king oyster mushrooms, which meet expectations. The side dish is pickled greens, which is refreshing and not too greasy. The goji berry and kelp sprout soup has a simple and fresh taste. The restaurant environment is a bit cramped,Lightly-flavored winter melon tea is also available.

The beef and egg🍳 were cooked perfectly, and the side dishes included seaweed sprouts and kimchi. Although they tasted great, consuming too much of the pickled items may not be healthy.

It was fried to perfection, but lacked meat juices.
