負評網友：小時候的回憶，我吃了十幾年了。以前店員都很友善，料還很扎實。每一次只要破掉了他們堅持不賣，只能送。自從搬到這裡後越來越比不上從前。價錢還比以前貴。這一次我真的是氣到不行。我點了後坐在門口等。等了很久沒動靜，去櫃檯問，他們完全沒注意到漏單的問題（注意那個時候幾乎沒客人）後來直接給了我一個破超級離譜的餅。我抗議＂這個破掉了＂他們無視。哇真的好失望，一個童年情懷瞬間破碎。重點是，那個時候客人流量很少啊。都沒他們員工多！怎麼會這樣！
Used to be my childhood favourite food. I’ve been eating this for more than a decade already. Even way before they moved to the current location. It was alot better back then. The crepe was well prepared, thicker with more seasonings. The staff were friendlier and more professional. They insisted on delivering perfect, crackless crepes. So whenever there’s any damage to the crepe, they will always give away for free. Since the move there has been an endless decline of qualities, however the price continued to increase. I never really complain much. Until this particular time. They forgot to call out my number when it’s done preparing. And even when I head to the counter, they werent even aware that they had pending orders undelivered. More over, upon knowing that they missed my order, I didn’t get any apologies. Instead i received a crepe with a gigantic crack on it. I tried to reason with them about the crack. And yet they just moved on and ignored my words. It’s such a huge disappointment. My impression of this dessert has shattered completely after this incident. I would have not reacted this much if the counter was flooded with customers… Instead, I see more staffs than customers there. Hence there’s no excuse for such a quality of both food and service there. I just want my old crepe back… And I don’t mind to pay double for the same quality of what I used to get. :/
