該餐廳基本上做出了回應,並稱我們為騙子。 如果服務很棒,那麼此評論會寫嗎?我只是後悔沒有拍嬰兒車擋住座位的照片。與另一位朋友討論,他們在這家餐廳的服務也很差。 朋友說唯一的好服務是韓國老闆。如果已經承認自己有很多新員工 – 建議從內部看待並給您的員工提供更多培訓,而不是抱怨餐廳的客戶。
WOW. This has got to be the WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!
I have never written a poor review on any restaurant before but my family and I felt that it needed to be exposed. It was a dinner I was at first looking forward to because of the reviews, especially since there aren’t that many options in Neihu. Boy was I wrong. I HAD TO PLACE 1 STAR BUT IF ALLOWED IT WOULD’VE BEEN ZERO STARS!!
First of all we arrived extremely early at 5:30pm. The entire restaurant was empty. They wanted to place our part of 3 right next to the only table with babies and a baby stroller that was blocking our supposed table/seat. We kindly ask if we could change to the adjacent table. The young waitresses said no. We kindly pointed out that the baby stroller was right next to the table and it would be very cramped. We ask that since it is still early/empty if we could please sit at another table. It was still met with a harsh no. Until thankfully another senior waiter overheard us and placed us at a new table.
We thought that would be end of it. But no.
Upon ordering, as I am the only pork eater in my family, I happily ordered the Iberica Pork special. The waiter replied that I was only allowed to order a minimum of 2 plates of pork because we are a party of 3. We kindly explained that since I am the only person eating pork, I would not be able to eat 2 orders of pork by myself. He replied coldly – well you can just order the other dishes then. Excuse me???? I have never encountered a restaurant that refused a customer’s order before. This was actually the first time I’ve seen my father get upset at a restaurant. He tried to reason but the waiter refused to listen. So my father was able to catch the managers attention and explained the situation. As upon seeing that we were frustrated that we could order a simple grilled pork dish – the manager relented and said “fine, I will let you order just this once but it won’t happen again next time.” To which my father swiftly answered “don’t worry we don’t be back.” (Lol go dad!)
Did you think it ends there? Nope!
Was that rule made Bc they think ppl are cheap? That folks would just order one dish at your super over priced restaurant and take advantage of the side dishes?? Considering my family of 3 ordered 5 dishes, it should be pretty clear we weren’t. We were already agitated and upset with the ordeal so when the food came we weren’t able to enjoy it fully….but it was somewhat tasty enough that we starting to calm down.
Then came the seafood pancake.
The waitress brought the plate. We asked her to set it near my mother so it would be easy for her to reach. Then the young waitress DROPS the pancake clamps loudly on the plate from above. It clattered onto the plate. Shocked, my mother said “young lady, this is not the way to serve. That is very rude, please make sure you place it gently next time”. Perhaps hearing my mother’s words, she sheepishly nodded in apology and ran off.
My family literally came in hoping for a nice Sunday dinner together. Instead we came into restaurant with really need to give better training to their staff – to learn better etiquette and politeness in their manners and words. I don’t doubt that this restaurant will still have customers (since there aren’t many options in this area) but please keep in mind that if folks are paying extra $$$ for an overpriced meal, one would expect the service and meal to be on par. Perhaps the boss of this establishment needs to take a good look at what’s really happening in her restaurant!
