正評網友：台式肉粽在台中，我會介紹這家在“406台中市北屯區北屯路266-7號”的《古早味肉粽、大麵羹》（基本上它沒有招牌，但google map上是這樣叫它的），它在一個小小的路上，偶爾往台中大坑去時會走這條小路，就發現怎麼在民宅區裡“突然”有一攤在賣 #台式肉粽 ，而且還有人排隊？
也是一試成主顧，料是真的實在、糯米不沾葉，招牌的“ #花生蛋黃肉粽 ”是近來才漲價到每顆65元（還是很合理的價格）。
我很想以影像的方式來介紹這家店，但是似乎不讓人拍（去買就知道有那股不讓拍的氣場），店家是生意量一大會跟著脾氣大起來的那種，所以對服務品質超在乎的網友要心裡有個底。
“Google評價＂上有網友吃到頭髮，這點我是相信有可能的，但不影響我給它“美味”的好評。
不過真心建議…
生意是長久的，如果店家把每個客戶都當成自己人一樣款待，我想生意會更好，網路上對店家的服務給負評的…欸…我也贊同。
I would like to introduce a place in Taichung, Taiwan, known for its Taiwanese-style meat dumplings (zongzi). Located at No. 266-7, Beitun Road, Beitun District, Taichung City (according to Google Maps), this place is called “Traditional Meat Dumplings and Thick Noodle Soup” (it doesn’t have a prominent signboard). It is situated on a small street, and I happened to discover it while passing by on my way to Taichung Dacun.
Despite being located in a residential area, this place always seems to have a queue of people waiting. After giving it a try, I became a regular customer. The ingredients used in their dumplings are of high quality, and the glutinous rice does not stick to the leaves. Their signature dish is the “Peanut Salted Egg Yolk Meat Dumpling,” which recently increased in price to NT$65 per dumpling (still a reasonable price).
I would love to introduce this shop through visuals, but it seems that they don’t allow photography (you can feel the atmosphere that discourages it when you go to buy). The shop owner can be temperamental when they have a large volume of customers, so online users who prioritize service quality should be aware of this.
There are some reviews on Google where users mentioned finding hair in their food. While I acknowledge that this is a possibility, it didn’t affect my positive review of the delicious food.
However, I sincerely suggest that the shop owners treat every customer as if they were their own and provide excellent service. I believe this would greatly contribute to the longevity of their business. I also agree with the negative reviews regarding the service aspect of the shop on the internet.
